Whilst the whites contain protein, the yolks contain even more alongside plenty of other healthy nutrients.

We all know that fish contains the all well needed omega 3 fats and Vitamin D, but also it’s loaded full of protein – we all should eat more fish as part of a balanced diet to get the essential natural fats we need!


  • Quinoa

Don’t eat animal products? This one is all for you. Quinoa is a plant based protein, which contains all the essential amino acids. Unlike nuts which are  a little bit limited in terms of nutritional value, quinoa ticks all the boxes!
